1 Definitions and Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and lv9 ("Platform", "we", or "lv9") governing your use of all services, games, and features available on the website lv9.onl along with its official mobile app.

By registering, logging in, or using any part of the lv9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please cease using the platform immediately.

• "Platform" refers to the lv9.onl website, the official mobile app, and all services provided under the lv9 brand.
• "Account" refers to a user account validly registered on the lv9 platform.
• "Funds" refers to the MYR balance held within a user's account.
• "Wins" refers to funds earned through legitimate gaming activity on the platform.

2 Eligibility to Open an Account

To be eligible to register and use the lv9 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception. Any false information provided during registration may result in your account being suspended or terminated without prior notice.

• Aged 18 years and above at the date of registration.
• Being an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• Not on any self-exclusion list or restriction list issued by any relevant authority.
• Be located in a region or state where use of this platform is not expressly prohibited by local law.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3 Account Registration and KYC Process

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the lv9 platform at all times. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another person's name, or a false identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is part of lv9's commitment to platform security and compliance with international standards. All members are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. Documents typically required include:

• A copy of a valid MyKad or passport (front and back).
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement no older than 3 months).
• A selfie holding your identification document for further verification purposes if required.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

Lv9 supports a wide range of deposit methods popular among Malaysian users, including direct bank transfer, FPX, and major digital wallets. All deposit transactions are processed through encryption-secured payment channels to ensure your funds are safe at all times.

• The minimum deposit amount is subject to your chosen payment method and can be reviewed in the Finance section of your account.
• Deposit funds will be credited to your account as soon as payment is confirmed by the payment processor.
• Lv9 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same name as your lv9 account.
• Deposits from third parties, anonymous credit cards, or unidentifiable sources will not be accepted and will be returned.

5 Wins Withdrawal

Lv9 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. Withdrawals are your right as a verified member, and this platform places no unreasonable barriers on the process.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful KYC verification.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and can be reviewed in your account panel.
• Bonus withdrawals are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) stated in each promotion's terms.
• Lv9 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending further verification if suspicious activity is detected.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Lv9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and welcome new ones. Each bonus and promotion is subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page, and those terms form part of these general Terms & Conditions.

• All bonuses require a specific wagering requirement (rollover) before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Lv9 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice if there are indications of abuse.
• The use of automated software, bonus arbitrage, or any improper methods to obtain promotional benefits is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses that have been awarded but not yet used may expire based on the promotion's conditions.

7 General Gaming Rules

All games offered on the lv9 platform — including slots, Sports Betting, Live Casino, and the Game Lobby — are operated under fair and transparent rules. The Random Number Generator (RNG) algorithm used in slot and casino games is independently audited to ensure fairness in every round.

• Game results confirmed by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• Any technical disruption during a gaming session that causes uncertainty in the outcome will be resolved based on lv9's server records, which serve as the final reference.
• Bets placed cannot be cancelled once a round or sporting event has begun.
• Lv9 reserves the right to reject or void bets placed based on clearly incorrect odds or information resulting from a system error.

8 Strict Prohibition and Fraud Prevention

Lv9 maintains zero tolerance for any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. The platform employs a sophisticated monitoring system that operates around the clock to identify and block suspicious activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening or using more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Lending, selling, or transferring your account to another individual.
• Using bot software, automated odds scanners, or any automation tools for gambling.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using funds from illegal activities to make deposits (money laundering).
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt lv9's systems and servers.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

Lv9 takes seriously its responsibility to protect every member's personal data. All personal information collected during registration and platform use is handled in accordance with Privacy Policy lv9 which forms part of this Agreement.

• Your personal data is used solely for account management, KYC verification, and improving your user experience.
• Lv9 does not sell or rent members' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• All stored data is protected with high-level encryption and strict access controls.
• You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

10 Platform Liability Limits

Lv9 strives to maintain the highest possible platform uptime, with a guaranteed uptime exceeding 99.9%. However, the platform is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Equipment or software failure on the user's device.
• Circumstances beyond lv9's control, including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party disruptions.
• Processing delays by financial institutions or payment service providers.

In all circumstances, lv9's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount of active funds held in that user's account at the time the relevant incident occurred.

11 Account Termination and Closure

You may close your lv9 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once all wagering requirements and KYC conditions have been met.

Lv9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Acceptance of fraud complaints supported by solid evidence.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or court orders.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

12 Terms and Conditions Amendment

Lv9 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to business needs, regulatory changes, or platform improvements. Members will be notified of any material amendments via an on-platform notification or registered email.

Continued use of the lv9 platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically. The last updated date is always displayed at the top of this page.
